Chianti tour

Allow yourself a day to be immersed in the beauty of the Tuscan countryside!

With a comfortable van, we’ll leave Florence to go explore the famous Chianti Region. It’s a fantastic area of Tuscany, full of small charming towns, in which you can see and taste local products from the countryside like wine and extra virgin olive oil.

In the morning we’ll visit two little towns in the Chianti area, not far from Florence. We’ll enjoy a wonderful breakfast with espresso or cappuccino in order to also taste local sweets or biscotti before wandering though the small medieval streets where you’ll see typical artisan shops.

As always by van, we’ll continue our exploration of the Tuscan countryside. We’ll go into the very heart of the Chianti region to see the spectacular hills with vineyards and enchanting olive trees. We’ll stop to see another small town to enjoy a nice glass of wine together before lunch.

Our lunch will be on a farmhouse in the Chianti area. We’ll have a nice meal of traditional products together with a wine tasting. You’ll learn all about the Chianti wine, the difference of the famous Supertuscan wines and how their wine and extra virgin olive oil is produced.

After lunch, on the way back to Florence, we’ll enjoy a refreshing walk with a gelato, this time in another castle town!
