Is the tour still running also when it's raining?
Yes of course!! Even with rain we run our tours! Just check the forecast before our meeting to be dressed appropriately
Do you accept last minute tour?
Yes we do, but we can’t always guarantee the availability for tickets of the main museums in the city. That’s why we suggest to book a tour at least a week in advance!
Can i do a tour if I have walking difficulties or wheelchair?
For most of the tour there aren’t any problems. Just tell us in advance what you would like to do, so we can organised your experience in the best way
Are the tour just in English?
We can also do tour in Spanish, French or Italian, but if you’re looking for other languages we have very good colleagues that often help us

Can we customized our tour?
Yes you can! If you want to see more of Florence and Tuscany, you have just to tell us so we can organised for your the perfect vacation!

Are the tour just private tour?
Yes they are. Even for groups, just private groups or eventually schools or business group tour
How do we have to be dressed during the tour?
There’s not a specific dress code. Just remember that to go inside most of the churches, knees and shoulders must be covered
